- Active MC number and DOT number
- Signed carrier packet (we send this once you submit the form)
- Current W-9
- Voided check or ACH form for direct deposit
Insurance
- $1M auto liability minimum
- $100K cargo coverage minimum
- Workers comp certificate (if applicable)
- TMI Transit listed as certificate holder
Pay Terms
- Net-30 from receipt of complete paperwork (default)
- Quick-pay options available for active partners
- ACH direct deposit, no factoring required
- No advance fees or hidden deductions
Equipment + Compliance
- ELD compliant (required)
- Clean CSA scores
- Equipment in safe operating condition
- Tracking via macropoint or equivalent on most loads
