By submitting your phone number through one of our forms, you consent to receive automated phone calls and text messages from TMI Transit or our authorized service providers regarding your inquiry, freight quotes, or related services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of receiving a quote — you can request a quote by phone or email without opting in to automated communications.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. To stop phone calls, request opt-out by emailing Carriers@tmitransit.com.

4. Third-Party Services

Form submissions are processed through our service partner AmplifyMyLeads, which routes leads into our internal CRM and may trigger follow-up SMS (via Plivo) or AI voice calls (via Vapi). We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for site analytics. We use Google Ads for advertising attribution. These third parties have their own privacy policies and we share only what's necessary for them to perform their function.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising attribution, and basic site functionality. You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site features.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Inactive lead records are typically retained for up to three years before deletion.
